Return Process

  Pack the Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized shipping point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
